How would you like to have a bit of extra cash for doing little to nothing out of the way? I really don’t know many people who would turn down an offer like that. However, most view it as some sort of a get rich quick scheme, or black magic that could only be invoked by using the entrails of a goat.
I assure you, no animals were harmed in the making of this blog post.
Swagbucks – Gift Cards and Money
It’s simple: sign up for Swagbucks, switch your default search engine, and then profit. For using them as a search engine, you actually get rewarded, which you can use for gift cards or even cash through PayPal. Last year I was able to earn about $100, while both my mom and sister earned more than $400.
- When I’m doing my research for my stories, I just use the search and BOOM! 26 Swagbucks.
- When I’m buying some more notebooks, I use the Swagbucks link and they give me, like, 8 Swagbucks per dollar.
- Maybe I’m taking a break from writing and I’m watching some videos, I use their Swagbucks TV and get points.
If you click the link above, they’ll give you five dollars that you can use today just for signing up!
Smart Panel – Money for Nothing
There is a website run by Vetro Analytics, they collect information and give it to businesses to help form ads around what you and people in your demographic like. Basically, you download a little app to your computer and your phone and let it go.
They give you $5 just for signing up, $10 for having it downloaded for two weeks, and then another $5 for every month you have it on your devices.
You can get both cash (which has a slight penalty) or Amazon Gift Card.
Inbox Dollars – Money for Emails
Signing up with Inbox Dollars, all you have to do is just check your “emails”, ads that they send you. You click on Confirm Read Email and you’re good. They also have survey’s, video, and other offers that you can sign up for if you want to, but the most consistent are the emails.
You can’t cash out until you hit the $30 dollars mark, but once you do, they can cut you a check, send it to a PayPal, or cash it out for some gift cards.
Amazon Mechanical Turk – Hardly Workin’
Amazon Mechanical Turk is super simple to understand. You can pick from several thousand tasks to complete, some are super simple, like typing the words that you see from an image to matching things up. Some of them are little bit more work, but it’s not like you’re going to break a sweat.
When I was doing them regularly, I made about $5 an hour, which isn’t fantastical, but for something I didn’t have to put that much brain power into, it was quite awesome.
They pay out in Amazon Gift Cards.
Text Broker – Getting Paid to Write
I’ve written about this in the past, but it needs to be mentioned again. Text broker allows you to get paid for writing articles. You’re ghostwriting, so once you submit it, it’s not yours anymore, but you can still make a decent amount month to month.
Depending on how long the article is, or what star-rating you’re at, you could make upwards of $20 per article, which if you’re first starting is awesome! They payout through Paypal.
The point is, is no matter how much time you have, anyone can make a couple extra bucks here and there. Is it enough to quit your day job over? No. Will it completely cover your bills? Probably not, but it’ll help.
Those Amazon Gift Cards you get can take care of a shipment of shampoo ordered from Amazon, in which you can save that money you would have spent in a bank account.
